We debate in character, and Manhattan was a slow, lumbering, behemoth that looked like he questioned everything around him. It’s not in his character to react right from the get go. On the other end of the spectrum, Voldemort was merciless and cunning not afraid to pull the trigger.

So you want to ignore magic working on ghosts. You seem unable to accept that manhattan is not merciless, fast, or unbeatable. We do not even see energy cast from the crucio curse. He does not have to kill him to best him. Voldemort can disappear. Not an opinion. Voldemort cannot be fully killed until you destroy all the horcruxes too. Not an opinion.
Voldemort wins with magic.
Voldy might not be able to "truly" be killed, but that doesn't stop M from exploding him into strawberry jelly.
Explain to me how an un-killable non-corporeal, enegry based demi-god is unbeatable, professor. Please explain how a being who can literally reconstruct himself over and over isn't unbeatable.
Further more, I admit that M had his moment in the studio with psychological manipulation and got angry, but you haven't offered proof how a torture spell would hurt M or completely stop M from becoming multiple bodies and killing V.
You're gasping for air and it's showing.

And, yes, I've seen the films. V is on a higher level than any HP wizard, including Dumbledore.
He was -allowed- to amass Power, instead of actually being hunted down, especially during his second coming.
PPL ignored the evidence of his return because again, chickenshits, hoping it’d all just go away instead of nipping things in the bud.

Watch the hbo series which you ignore. Only in your mind is he unbeatable. I told you why you are not listening. Your mind is made up so why waste the time restating myself? Crucio.
He is not in character to be that anger in all versus threads. He would not go for the kill whereas Voldemort is merciless. In character. You used one situation to try to script manhattans response to support your favorable outcome which is not consistent with his character as a whole.
Nah, Voldemort is too much for the pacifist nudist.
Magic really is uber!
Saying that magic would affect Dr. Manhattan isn't a crazy talking point.
Arguing that magic would affect a being as powerful as Dr. M the same way it would affect a human or wizard is faulty though. eg the killing curse removes the soul from the body (it's visually shown this way in the HP films). Does Dr. M have a soul to begin with? Does he need his soul to survive if so?
Dr. Manhattan can also go intangible, so the KC would go right through him if he so wished. He can also create as many duplicates of himself, so even if one form is destroyed, he's fine. Or as shown, he can recreate himself after compete destruction.
Voldermort's chances of winning here are about as likely as Surt getting laid. Slim at best.
