ROTS Sidious vs Anakin

I understand many of you think Anakin's generally more powerful. But are there after factors and talents from his opponent to circumvent this?

Sidious wrecks him psychologically; mentions Padme's inevitable death, his mother and the Sand People etc. Anakin gets stomped.

It's not just Sidious who can do this. Gillard's on record stating that the mental fight is just as important as actual lightsaber moves, so he may be more powerful than Sheev, but he can't focus/use much of it. Anakin is basically Kenobi level because he hinders himself 👆

There’s a chance Sheev using physiological warfare on Anakin could backfire. If Anakin knows Sidious is behind his dreams about Padmè Sidious is f-ucked.

if an author tried to write a story where anakin did byss, the story group would probably go "wait wtf anakin can't do that lol"
