Part 1
This is gonna be a pretty short opener, as I’m a rather lazy cuck who can’t be arsed to use the 20k max limit. That said, I think the following is evidence enough that Wyyrlok is the most powerful combatant on the field.
Banededdu Scaling
Before I go into why this particular line of scaling is so impressive (and so damning for the likes of Ulic), I want to draw a comparison between DoE Bane’s performance against Darth Andeddu’s dark side cultists versus Wyyrlok’s. To preface, the cultists Bane fought in DoE were not of the same quality as those that Wyyrlok encountered. The cultist’s in DoE are noted to not have an affinity for the force, drawing their strength and fury purely from the energies of the temple:
At that moment, the hatch burst open and beings he assumed were cultists began to pour out--nearly two dozen in total, all armed with vibroblades and clubs. Despite their numbers, Bane instantly realize they posed no real threat. Though they worshipped one of the ancient Sith, these were ordinary men and women. The force did not flow through their veins; they were nothing but fodder. Their fury might be fueled by the dark side energies emanating from the temple, but Bane could just as easily draw upon the same power, letting it build until he unleashed it against his foes.
-Dynasty of Evil
Conversely, the opponents Wyyrlok faces are lightsaber-wielding dark side adepts that have an affinity for the force:
While Bane notes above that these cultists pose no real threat, it’s important to note why this is the case: Bane can draw upon the dark side energies of the temple, “letting it build until he unleashed it against his foes.” Bane proceeds to do this:
Free from the parasitic infestation, he was able to dispatch his enemies using the force rather than relying on brute strength. Bane extinguished his weapon and stood perfectly still, allowing the swarming horde to close in on him as he gathered his strength. He called upon the power of the temple itself, feeding on it to bolster his own abilities as he created a deadly field around his body.
Despite the added reservoir of energy to draw from, this still requires a clear and taxing exertion of effort on Bane’s part:
The effort of creating an aura of pure dark side energy would have quickly exhausted even Bane. However, as his enemies fell he was able to draw their essence into himself, feeding on their energies to revitalize his fading strength and reinforcing the field in preparation for the next wave of victims.
Essentially, Bane is actively focusing and channeling his power and drawing upon the additional energies of the temple in order to dispatch these dark side cultists, and despite this, Bane would have been quickly exhausted if he hadn’t drawn the energies of the cultists into himself to “revitalize his fading strength” and “reinforce the field in preparation for the next wave of victims.” Let’s compare this scenario to how Wyyrlok fares against a superior group of Andeddu’s dark side cultists:

Against “nearly a dozen lightsaber-wielding dark side cultists” who have an affinity for the force, unlike the cultists Bane faced, Wyyrlok was able to utterly dominate them with a mere “iota” of his power. On the other hand, Bane needs to actively gather his strength and draw on the energies of the temple to overwhelm the (inferior) cultists with his force powers. I think this is a pretty strong comparison between Wyyrlok and Bane that heavily favors the former, but this begs the question: Who cares? Well, let’s just say that Bane by DoE utterly shits on the likes of Droma. Even by PoD, Bane is powerful enough to crush the likes of Lord Kaan:
Lord Kaan knew he was no match for Bane, either physically or through the power of the Force.
Lord Kaan was powerful enough to influence the minds of thousands of Brotherhood Sith Lords simultaneously:
He could sense his Master's summons in the Force, and he could not resist the beckoning much longer. Lord Kaan was calling them all, the entire Brotherhood.
Forced all of the Brotherhood Sith Lords out of Bane’s ritual:
He rose to his feet slowly, uncertain of his balance. All around him were the forms of the Sith, no longer kneeling in meditation but collapsed or rolling on the ground, their minds reeling from the sudden end to the joining ritual. One by one they also regained their composure and stood, most looking as confused as Bane had been only seconds before.
Then he noticed Lord Kaan standing off to the side, over by the fliers.
"What happened?" Bane demanded angrily. "Why did you stop?"
"Your plan worked," Kaan replied curtly. "The forest is destroyed, the Jedi have fled to open ground. They are exposed, vulnerable. Now we go to finish them off."
Kaan had broken the connection, and somehow he had managed to drag the others out along with him, as if he had some hold over their minds.
He had promised them victory, as he had done so many times before. And, as they had always done in the past, the Brotherhood had followed him once again. Followed him here to this cave, though Githany wasn't sure if it was more accurate to say they had been led-or lured. She had followed him along with everyone else, compelled by the passion of his words and the sheer magnitude of his personality and presence. All thoughts that he might be unstable or unfit to lead them had been forgotten in the heady pilgrimage through the night to the shelter of this cave.
More than a thousand highly trained minds were focused on a single task.
Part 2
Of course, PoD Bane is a complete microbe compared to DoE Bane, as we see that Bane with merely two orbalisks in RoT experiences an immense surge of power beyond anything he had ever experienced in PoD:
Bane reached inward to call upon the dark side, drawing it not only from himself but also from the orbalisks fastened to his chest and back. Feeling an incredible surge of power beyond any he had known before,he released it in a burst of energy. The hallucinations that had plagued his wounded mind ever since the detonation of the thought bomb vanished, instantly and utterly annihilated by his newfound power. He was stronger now than he ever had been, and he knew the visions of the dead Sith would haunt him no more.
And DoE Bane is arguably more powerful in the force than even RoT Bane with a full set of orbalisk armor, as evidenced by DoE Bane moving faster than Zannah could have imagined despite her witnessing Orbalisk Bane in action and performing the ritual of essence transfer in a state of agony infinitely more excruciating than what caused Orbalisk Bane to go unconscious in RoT:
Once, orbalisks had fused themselves to his body with a burning chemical compound so intense it had nearly driven him mad. Ten years ago they had been removed when Bane's flesh had been literally cooked by a concentrated blast of his own violet lightning. During her interrogation, Serra had pumped him full of a drug that had felt like it was eating him alive from the inside. But the excruciating pain he felt from the mere touch of the dark side tendril was unlike anything Bane had ever experienced before.
With his foe unarmed and helpless at his feet Bane brought his arm down for the coup de grace, only to have it intercepted mid-swing by one of the dark side tendrils. It wrapped itself around the elbow. Skin, muscle, sinew and bone dissolved instantaneously, severing the limb. His disembodied forearm and fist tumbled harmlessly to the ground, his lightsaber flicking off as the hilt slid from his suddenly nerveless fingers. The Dark Lord didn't scream this time; the pain was so intense it left him mute as he collapsed to the ground.
Everything went black. Blind and alone, he felt the void closing in. In desperation he reached out with his left hand, clutching Zannah's wrist as she lay on the ground beside him. With his last act, he summoned all his remaining power and invoked the ritual of essence transfer.
Then there is more straightforward comparison between PoD and DoE Bane, as PoD Bane believes it to be completely impossible to deflect rain drops in a storm, whereas DoE Bane can do it first thing in the morning for ten straight minutes as part of his regular training regiment:
Suddenly realizing he was in grave danger, Bane made a lunge for the Holocron. As his hand closed around it, the colony of crustaceans broke free en masse and cascaded down on him in a chitinous swarm. With one hand clutching the Holocron, he swiped at them with his lightsaber and deflected others with the power of the Force. But there were too many to keep them all at bay; it was like trying to ward off raindrops in a storm.
The wind rose to a howling gale, and the scattered drops quickly became a downpour. His body and mind united as one, he channeled the infinite power of the Force against the driving rain. Tiny clouds of hissing steam formed as his blade picked off the descending drops while Bane twisted, twirled, and contorted his body to evade those few that managed to slip through his defenses. For the next ten minutes he battled the pelting storm, reveling in the power of the dark side. And then, as suddenly as it had begun, the tempest was gone, the dark cloud scurrying away on the breeze. Breathing hard, Bane extinguished his lightsaber. His skin was sheened in sweat, but not a single drop of rain had touched his bare flesh.
There’s also the fact that Bane completely transcended the need for amulets and trinkets by DoE, as he considered them to be negligible drops in the ocean of his power, whereas Ulic “needed a token or some physical object to help focus and channel [his] magic.” There’s a lot more Krayt and Legacy-related shenanigans I could bring up here, but I think I’ll leave that for later in this debate.
So tl;dr:
Darth Wyyrlok >/>> Darth Bane (DoE) >Darth Bane (RoT) >>>> Darth Bane (PoD) >> Lord Kaan ~ telepathically influencing/controlling the minds of thousands of Sith Lords/resisting and escaping an explosion of energy that consumed thousands of Jedi and Sith whilst at its epicenter.
Or:
Darth Wyyrlok >/>> DoE Bane > Ulic Qel Droma
