I've always wondered how the porn business stays afloat. I and all of my friends watch porn pretty regularly, but I don't know a single person who has ever paid for it. Over the years I've downloaded or streamed thousands of videos, never spent a dime. But they still somehow make tons of money, so I guess some people do pay for it. And even if you have a weird fetish, you can probably find free videos of it online if you look hard enough. Like I bet I can find a video of a girl blowing a horse right now in under a minute. Yeah let me get on that.

They made money from adverts and people pushing their search results based on keywords exactly the same as Facebook does with their adverts: you pay to have it show up in categories or searches that matches a set of criteria.
