This is textbook. She didn't just 'surround him in dirt'. You then using 'lol' in an attempt to belittle that idea COMPLETELY misses the point. Because that is NOT the idea we are putting forth.
She phased the dirt INTO him.
But because you have a specific narrative in your head, you twist the showing to suit your ends. And now, it's artist error/comic writing.
If he regrew his arms, why did he regrow them with concrete phased into it? Why did his sandals come back?
Your answer: artist error/comics. Because you desperately want it to become a feat for Hulk where he regrows both his arms and legs instantaneously.
You take this scene:
And turn it into:
You take this scene:
And turn it into:
Your interpretations are...suspect at best. Like when you denied that Cyborg disintegrated a parademon:
Or Aquaman stabbing Darkseid:
Or when you try to nitpick:
Carver's next post: 'Whatever, I'm done, have fun' 'Good to see I am in your feelings' maybe something about me being emotional like a woman, the usual.
Then, a few years/months later, he will be back claiming that Hulk regrew his arms and legs or somesuch, repeating the exact same arguments.
Even down to what he's currently doing. Calling me weird. Maybe he'll say I'm in my feelings or whatever.

Its already explained that Griever can't actually use her full power against normal beings who are not part of fabric of reality.
The correct wording here is that Griever is used to fighting much higher, abstract beings. This in no way states that she can't fight lower beings or affect them at all. This is probably her first or second time handling beings at the FF level, Nothing suggesting she's not operating at full power against them. Just having to get used to fighting smaller, less powerful beings. 🤦

Plus, a wielder of the PC would qualify as one whose form is similar to the fundamental nature of a universe since that's what the PC is.

Honestly this basically Perpetua at Marvel and Norrin right now held her off just for a moment. That's beyond what Supes and Superboy prime prime.

Is that an odd looking Hippolyta, or is that writer really lost enough to think Artemis > Diana, and why is she just armed with a shield?

Artemis also later stated she cant challenge mongul alone

So I dont thing the writer's intention is Artemis>Diana, Since both of them<<Mongul
If it is not Hippolyta or a very depowered Diana is the power and speed difference between Artemis and Diana far too big to create any believable scenario where Mongul gets caught off guard by Artemis, but don't gets curbstomped by Diana. Artemis is under normal circumstances a mid meta tier at best, and countless of magnitudes slower than Diana.

That still makes no sense, either Diana should move far faster than Mongul can even see, or Mongul should have slapped Artemis away in the moment she connected with him in any way.If it is not Hippolyta or a very depowered Diana is the power and speed difference between Artemis and Diana far too big to create any believable scenario where Mongul gets caught off guard by Artemis, but don't gets curbstomped by Diana.
lol that's a constant problem of DC. It's impossible to write a good story and keep power levels / top levels of speed in mind or properly represented. A fight alongside the JLA would appear like 1 year for Flash compared to the likes of Batman, Cyborg, Aquaman, Hawkman etc. So you end up in a situation where it's either Flash or Supes easily solos or the rest of the group is 100% useless while these characters have proper fights.

I don't think it's impossible. I don't even think it's hard. It's a failure of the writers not having the requisite imagination.
