The problem is "speed blitz" is a shit term coined by dc stans. It rarely happens with Marvel heads due to the fact the Marvel fans tend to know far more about how a character's powers work so they dont have to go to something that is rarely used in combat. ex. Superman

It was presented to the Future State writers as out of continuity so they can go balls to the wall. The new writer of Superman/Action Comics is one of the few who said he'll use some of the ideas in his main Universe run.

yes endless lives in the sphere of god, doesn't mean they can't go outside of it

it's like hotel for them, they come and go as they please

same applied for presence, lucifer etc (heaven and hell situated in sphere of god as well)
