Isn’t Puck more of a trickster Genie type of character? I remember him twisting a wish Fox made because she wasn’t accurate with her wish.
As for Puck’s magical family, we were never given a limit to them. Oberon as the father of all magical being was the strongest of them all and we barely saw a tenth of his true powers.
We did see how powerful Odin, one of his sons was.
The eye of Odin allowed Goliath to be immune to sunlight and such, while the Phoenix gate sends Goliath where he has to go.

What got me is how casually he froze Odin and that Banshee like character when they were having a temper tantrum.
And yet when he went on a rampage through the city, he was kept out by a force field and showed some pain from lasers. You'd think he could blink them all out of existence or something (Maybe they were all protected in Iron, I don't know)

Do you mean when he wanted Zanatos and Fox’s kid? Pretty sure Puck was helping those 2 behind the scene. Puck was Zanatos butler for awhile.

Puck did help, but only after Oberon was weakened by an iron whaling spear into the gut.
Before that, he was being delayed by Fox's father, the old guy in the wheelchair with his own personal Helicarrier.
And Xanatos himself rigged the building with a force field running off something like 20 generators, after Puck told him magic is simply another form of energy.
That may be true, but its hard to imagine human technology holding him off at all like it did.
