Dunno if this was posted, but LT was unable to destroy a galaxy-buster outright because it was too powerful, and instead had to put it to sleep and imprison it within the Earth:
Granted, it was implied that The Unmaker would have eventually destroyed the universe over an undisclosed amount of time... But the fact that LT couldn't just destroy it outright seems a bit weaksauce, given his status. /shrug

Given the context it seems more like the destruction of the Unmaker would've released those energies and cause irreparable damage the universe.
Granted, the Living Tribunal should've been able to absorb, contain or nullify those energies if we go by older arcs like the Infinity Saga. But Secret Wars (2018) onwards has been an absolute shit-show when it's come to dealing with cosmic characters.
Yeah, pretty much what I'm getting at.
Seems like The Unmaker was just running around destroying worlds/galaxies, and as such, would have eventually unmade the universe if left unchecked... But the fact that LT was unable to just gesture away a potential universal threat because it was too powerful, and instead had to place him in an induced coma and hide him inside a world, seems like a really lackluster display of power for a being of his touted caliber.

Yea that scene was weird. He was casually dispatched but couldn't be totally destroyed.
Something for Galan to masturbate for the whole weekend:

Living Tribunal has been failing pretty hard for a long time now. It seems like his purpose is to be the stepping stone when they introduce the new "cosmic big bad"

Not necessarily, no."The machine contained too much power to destroy."

Secret Wars 2015 you mean, it's already been 6 years, my swedish friend

Worst Part is the Unmaker isn't even the new cosmic threat, he's a plot device to kick off the world for the new event. They could have simply used a mad Wanda and made her say "no more electricity" or have some eco terrorists make a deal with Mephisto.
Wanda is murdered if I remember correctly
