Lol the guy literally says he doesn't know how it works, and that he's never actually, you know, done it, but that's how it was sold to him....

justice league is about to fight legion of superheroes

good point

that should be dc's slogan

"who cares"

No one bats an eye about planet level feats anymore.

I disagree. He may not know how it works but he knows how to pull the trigger.

Still doesn't mean he is using it its fullest poren.

It's a non feat

Is it possible to learn the power that lies in Carver,Alberto,JBL,Quan?

Im so bored, I want to be perfectly intoxicated

Does M learning to improvise from Forge get the M’kraan crystal universal talent?

My memory is being ****y and google isn't helping me, but iirc, is there not a comic about a team in the 60s or 70s that had or was run by Nick Fury, that also had Wolverine in it?

Like how in the cartoons we find out Logan knew Cap from way back when. Is there something similar between Fury and Logan?

Department H and the CIA.

First of all, lover, you don't read my PMs.

Now to try to answer your question... I believe a good comic to begin with would be Uncanny X-Men #268... even though Fury doesn't appear here, he appears right after that; his part was revealed in Wolverine: Origins, issues 16-20, which have massively expanded on that classic uxm story:

Of course, Marvel's continuity being the clusterfuck it is, I won't be one bit surprised if that's not the only comic having them meeting for the "first" time.

I was gonna say that the intention of bringing up it's destructive potential is probably the point of the feat, but be also mentions that he doesn't seem to have had it explained to him. So that does indeed put the whole thing in question 🤷‍♂️

How fast is heat vision? I always presumed it is light speed since it is focused photons.

But aside from Tales from Dark Multiverse: Flashpoint said it is light speed. I dont recall any other instance where its speed got mentioned

eobard capped it at light speed. but i remember another scene where superman was flying in space "as fast as he could", and shot hv ahead of him.

so unless his top speed in the vacuum of space is below the speed of light (which we def know it's not) then it means hv is ftl. like most of superman's dynamic powers, the speed and power of hv is probably just a matter of will.

on that topic; what do you guys think it superman's most powerful hv feat?

I always liked him killing an army of Galansday clones with it.
