They can also be the best. Same goes for men. That's the range of humanity as a species.
Very true.
I've worked for shit managers of both genders. But there is a difference in how they tend to be shit.
An intern at Yale is tasked with something and a male supervisor offers some pizza from a pizza party. The woman supervisor berates the intern over accepting the pizza.
I see this overbearingness from women FAR more often then men
Just my experience though.

Manager, as a job, tends to attract a disproportionate amount of shitty people to it. That, or it's people that used to do a more specialized job, and hate that they're now stuck as a manager.
That said, I've had both male and female managers, and my experience has been that they're around equal shittiness.
I can't wait...

To the surprise of absolutely noone?
Ha. I enjoy the journey, rather than the destination - we all know a year from now, everything would be exactly the same (as with most/all comics).
But the machinations and backstabbings by Mystique was delicious:
And Mags/Prof desperately trying to claw power back, with their own insertion onto the Council? Nice.

I've been expecting this shit ever since we found out Xavier and Erik wouldn't give back Destiny, so I'm not surprised. Can't say I enjoy the writing much at all, but that's some very pretty art.
I likely asked this before, I just forget. Could someone please point me towards some good Venom arcs? Any good Venom stuff that is considered to have good characterization of the symbiote in particular would be great.
I've read his initial arc in Spider-Man, so basically anything after that is good.

Starting a few issues before 347 would be smart, but not *that* necessary.
Then, as Sin mentioned, would be good to read the follow-up to that story, which involves the first actual appearance of Carnage (Cletus bonded with the symbiote).
And later, Brock's first encounter with Ben Reilly.
What else... Spirits of Vengeance Venom was sure a fun arc, but I've read it literally ages ago.

You should ask Sam and Parm, too.
What Stilt said...I guess you could add Flash in there... because some of the Agent Venom stuff was pretty cool. Especially the disabled angle. The problem with Venom is Carnage. Carnage is just overall a better character and consistently outshines Venom. They also need to choose whether he's a hero or villian and like stick with it. Magneto is another character who's suffered from trying to be good.
