well sandman and the endless did get integrated completely into main dc

and lucifer is basically sandman continuity, whether v1, v2 and v3

Sadly, v2 of the series was supposed to be a sequel to Carey's run... it was terrible.

V3 is kind of its own thing, but still loosely ties to the other series'.

nabu, the martian god and all the other deities from main dc continuity were mentioned in v3, from what i've seen the timeline took place right after lucifer cut off his wings and left hell, and writer i think confirmed it on twitter too

that part is kinda iffy

because by logic if vertigo and wildstorm are merged into dc by pandora, lucifer book would be happening in main earth which was clearly not the case

you could argue sandman was taking place in the main universe (what with justice league and darkseid coming to morpheus funeral and all)

but lucifer clearly took place in another universe

even dc doesn't know at this point, maybe in another 20 years they will give lucifer what they did for geb

took them almost 40 years just to do GEB

DC did clarify it in Wonder Woman's handbook. Vertigo and DCU were merged in Flashpoint

that just mean n52 version of vertigo characters though

for example main dc constantine is not the same character as hellblazer constantine, they are basically alternate realities of one and other

manhattan didn't get punch out though, that's clearly not what happened in the last issue, in fact manhattan restarted the metaverse
