Guessing you didn't read the comic. Bruce Banner body was possessed which resulted in him killing those 17 people. He was seeing things, demons. He's not possessed right now but the possession in your scan is in reference to the scene that happened in the bar.
Titan did make him into what he is now but not in the way you're thinking.
