Yeah, we have to start by assuming the Bible is true. Which we could, based on the fact one of the main characters - THE main character, really - in the BA story - possesses the Wisdom of Solomon, a main character in the Bible.
Then there's the Spear of Destiny etc, means it's a fair place to start.
So yeah, Teth is potentially from a time where he's been brought up to see the Jews as actual slaves, people to build cities for HIS people. He's banished for a few thousand years, and comes back to modern times...I reckon he'd be pretty racist.
