Would Black Adam be incredibly anti-Semitic, being ancient Egyptian? We know parts of the Bible must be true in DC - Billy has the Wisdom of Solomon - so what would he be like when meeting modern day Israelis?

Or is this be like Steve Rogers meeting a black person for the first time since he thawing, and it's just handwaved away?

Did you see the time travel in BatSupes?

Yeah, it seems time travel is a well established Kryptonian ability in that run

I'm more impressed that they could do it that early in their career, but given continuity is back it's not surprising.

I mean, isn't there like a current zionist genocide and apartheid going on? If that doesn't make us anti-semitic by default why would BA's biblical experience do so for him?

You really don't think there's a difference between the two?

What kind of question is that?

Yes, of course I think literal divine intervention and zionist assaults over decades are exactly the same

Oh sorry, yeah, good thing I asked a clarification type question then.

I don't think Zionist assaults over decades are the same as the Egyptians enslaving the Israelites and seeing them as literal slaves, I think for decades as well. The Pharoah built two entire cities using them as slave labour.

Especially as an Egyptian, BA (or Teth) would have literal first hand experience of the Israelites as slaves (for my question to work).

Us? I can't speak for you, but I can personally say I don't have first hand personal experience of the current events in Israel.

So I see the two as different. You don't, that's cool.

Think it's safe to say Black Adam has changed a lot since 1279 BC 😛

Lmao. Today's Hulk.....Carv may not post here for a while. Maybe to put on a brave face.

It's been revealed Thor has ALWAYS held back against Hulk in all of their fights.

So Thorulk beat the crap out of Hulkor something fierce

Thor always held the true power of Mjolnir back, too 😂

Nice feat for Professor X in the AXE book too, stalemating Zuras.

Thor is said to be able to destroy the earth as a baby. And they finally explain who his mom is in Avengers 1M BC

Read the issue and you all are making it seem like something it isn't. Yes, it said that Thor held back but the same thing have ALWAYS been said about the Hulk except on Umar planet. Also, Thor amped Hulk is a beast which is all that needs to be said. Magics across the entire universe couldn't hold him. He would one punch kill Superman and no being except a Thor amped Hulk or an Hulk amped Thor could stop these two. They are the most powerful beings in the universe

hmm almost no historic evidence exists that the Egyptians enslaved the Isralites does it

missed this, apologies DS.

Yeah, we have to start by assuming the Bible is true. Which we could, based on the fact one of the main characters - THE main character, really - in the BA story - possesses the Wisdom of Solomon, a main character in the Bible.

Then there's the Spear of Destiny etc, means it's a fair place to start.

So yeah, Teth is potentially from a time where he's been brought up to see the Jews as actual slaves, people to build cities for HIS people. He's banished for a few thousand years, and comes back to modern times...I reckon he'd be pretty racist. BA isn't exactly the humble sort, when he was part of the society he just hovered rather than stand, lol.

^ Black Adam hails from Khandaq and not Egypt tho?
