^ I initially interpreted the scene as if Barry were throwing multiple IMPs and not just punch-blitzing him after the first one that sent Anti-Monitor through the multiverse.

It's not the important part of the feat but there's something so perfectly DC about having Barry pull off such an elite moment through sheer speed mastery... and then have him get tagged by an eye blast because plot.

The pages turn from carefully explaining the mechanics of his speed to just suspending disbelief and brushing it aside.

Man, Thor's costume sucked then. Mid/late 90's costume redesigns in general sucked.

I'm guessing it's because Marvel doesn't bring it up as often, so there's still some mystique to it.

back in the day when dc wasn't bringing up cosmics and abstracts people were wanking pr beyonder and the likes hard

nowadays when dc finally get back into infinite universes/omniversal status marvel is still getting more support

i honestly think it's a popularity thing

and marvel bring it up too, ewing have been bringing it up constantly in the recent years

for example i can admit batman would lose to iron man 100 percent of the time in random encounter even though i love batman and hate iron man
