Where has he been? I thought they ripped conned him out and replaced them with those beyonders that killed LT and got crushed by Thor and hyperion.
Beyonder gets a different background, different personality, and different powerset every time he appears. Not sure if this should even be called a retcon any more, since it always happens. It's part of the character.
He's a messy, inconsistent random element that the different writers cannot agree about, so they just try to force-feed their own view to the readers whenever they get hold of the character.

So is Molecule Man still the most powerful then?
So by the time Griever killed him, Reece may have been significantly depowered? I dunno.

I mean, he killed the race of Beyonders, would assume that makes him the apex predator now.
Doom blew up the Beyonders with a multiple Molecule Man bomb in the prelude to Secret Wars... unless you're talking about something else?

Right, but that's still Owen's power.
Keeping in mind these Beyonders killed infinite Living Tribunals, and originally the entire Marvel Multiverse was nothing but a puddle to the Beyond.
^ I suppose if you consider Molecule Man to be the entire conglomeration of Molecule Man across the Marvel Multiverse, yes, he is the most explosive. But...
... the Beyonders created him. They seeded Owen in every alternate universe.
The Beyonders just didn't expect Doom to secretly gather a whole bunch of Owens to build a bomb after Doom spent 10+ years murdering Owens to cause the Incursions. Apparently, Doom got tired of it and came up with the bomb to blow the Beyonders to hell w/ their own weapon.
Does that necessarily mean Owen is stronger than the Beyonders? Possibly. Your creation can be designed to be more powerful than you. Al Ewing solidified that idea when he revealed that the Beyonders were actually created by the Celestials as their own failsafe to themselves.
But I'm not entirely sure that the Molecule Man at the end of Secret Wars was an entity of his own original power. It struck me that Doom used the bomb to blow up the Beyonders, and the Beyonders' power was siphoned back into the 616 Owen to be used to create Battleworld and amp Doom, etc.
So... if you use that version of Molecule Man... you could argue he was amped by the Beyonders' own power.

Remind me, how did Doom even manage to murder a being as powerful as Owen?
I miss omnipotent Michael Jackson/Donny Osmond-looking ass PR Beyonder like you wouldn't believe. Ewing missed a golden opportunity to have him be seated next to Owen on the couch when Lifebringer Galactus or whatever he was called met up with him. Just chilling on their omniversal couch with their omniversal box giving each other omniversal anilingus.
