That's a weird way of phrasing it.

DC Studios was a subdivision of Warner Brothers, which in turn was a subsidiary of Warner Brothers Discovery. Now, DC Studios seems to be a direct subsidiary under Warner Brother Discovery.

Then: WBD --> WB --> DC

Now: WBD --> DC

The good thing here is that there's less corporate bureaucracy. But that's it. It makes sense if DC is big enough, which it will be if it can catch up to Marvel.

Alan Davis has a lot of fans admiring his art.

So even if the story is shit, Marvel will make money on it.

Much like they look at the pretty CGI when Robert Downey Jr can't act.

Looks old school, I can see why people like it. It's confusing; when does this all take place relative to 616?

Check the first issue, first page.

Right after Avengers #11 from 1964.

😂

Seriously.

"Mexico to Manhattan in minutes". Avengers were done battling Kang's Spider-Man robot.

That's not the first untold tale revisiting the past that is illustrated by Davis, either.
