I feel 100% sure when I read the issue, the first page, he was at the sun absorbing its energy. I also read him saying he is getting more powerful while at the sun. More powerful to me means more not less. I'm guessing more means something else in other areas. I'm unsure.

You know what's sad about this? It's not that you're wrong 95% of the time, it's the fact that you call people idiots and dumb when you have no clue on what you're talking about. There's a word for people like this, can't think of what that word is, but it's strange AF. Anyways...

There's so much proof that this blue ability amps him. Where to start?

Here we have Ultraman stomping him and as soon as he goes blue, he gets an increase in power and beats Ultraman to sleep.

Here is him sundipping before facing the Justice League. He even mentions that he needs to be MORE powerful to face them in this scan. Ya know the word you have trouble with. Remember, Superman went from 0, near death to a quick sun dip becoming more powerful than he's ever been. A sun dip/bathe for short periods of time increase their power exponentially. You should know this though since you're a Superman fan (lmmfao)...
