Magnon, what do you do for a living if you don't mind me asking

Huh, so it seems to confirm Superman's powers are beyond the normal Kryptonians.
As Brainiac needs an unimaginable power source, then the Lobo crew brings Superman in, and Brainiac states his powers are different, much more than just exposure to yellow suns.

He's a janitor at a university.

It does sometimes feel like that, although I do try to do some research and teaching as well. 😛

IT'S ALL CANON.

Human Porcupine was from 1962
Human Octopus was 1959
Human Flamethrower, Elasti-man, TurtleMan - they're all PreCrisis.

Also, WW is not the mightiest hero. Lol@DC going out of their way to emphasise that.

Edit: Also, Zha-Vam is PreCrisis as well.

It also worth noting that Jimmy also gets his Flamebird identity back. Superman and Jimmy are Nighting and Flamebird in Kandor is a pre-crisis thing also

been saying that for years bro. He’s not a normal kryptonian. Just check Sword of Superman.

JL vs Godzilla vs Kong was pretty terrible. But that's what you should expect from cash grabs to come out when movies appear.

Also havent we known for years that Superman wasn't a normal anything? He's supposed to have been some special being in the DC universe for a long while now right?

he's astner's boss

He's astner 2.0, with a humour patch and an emotion chip installed.

It felt so rushed. Speaking of which, does anyone else feel like the current X-Men storyline is also ending quite suddenly? It seems like a month or so ago there were 10 X-related titles, and suddenly.... nothing.

They're planning a relaunch and new teams, it was announced a while ago. "From the Ashes".

You missed that because you were staring at Carver's chocolate booty... as usual.

I never actually read comics, I only do it for the feats 👆

So is Thor actually hanging there with a spike through his head??

😂 😂 😂

Would've figured the whole forum would've been in a tizzy over that.

X-Men have been dealing with the fallout from the mutant massacre at the second annual Hellfire Gala for nearly a year now. Everything since, has had to do with that massacre on Krakoa from across like nearly ten titles?

Yeah, and suddenly it just.....petered out. Or this is the end now. It just feels anticlimactic, somehow, or maybe I'm used to seeing X-titles everywhere.

I wonder if Thor's vampire foe being a piercing type was on purpose by Marvel, given his history with piercing attacks.

Yeah, it's just I feel this scene seems to be more blatant, given the fact it basically spelled out Superman's powers are far beyond/special than the normal Krytponians

So clearly I was a fan of the one-shot Doom (2024) since it's basically wanking Dr. Doom's character and Hickman helped with the plot and script. My only question is, in this single page collage.... next to the Maker and above Valeria Richards, who is that dude with the helmet:

It looks like the Controller or maybe even the Recorder... but why would either of them be present in a collage that includes the Maker, Valeria Richards, Mephisto and Valeria Von Doom???
