And the power-stealing works on devices and even potent enough to work on the Spectre

Superman's power levels are full bar, Diana is around 70-80%.

Other way around I reckon. Superman was at 0%, WW is at 30%. Which is why the next shot is of Superman falling.

Plus, often green color is used as mean something in value as far as I know.
But I think this scene seems can be interpreted as it's just some panels to show how much superpowers the character stores/Amazos is stealing the power the character left
Not necessarily mean a power level ranks between characters.

Batman has fought literally every super on the JLA h2h. I'm not surprised he could withstand a punch that knocked Cyborg out.

Batman is a human though. I mean just yesterday, you tried to argue Superman's skill feat is bad. Because a villain who stole Superman's powers can't kill/take down a powerless, human Clark Kent
Oh, trust me, I disagree with the entire showing and everything Batman stands for. Batman is the exception to the rule. Him and Captain America.

Superman could also be this, though. DC respect their hierarchies so much, these two are the sacred cows.
Naah, just Batman. I think you all overrate most of Superman showings and take them out of context (Superman powering up and destroying a Universe. Superman destroying the multiverse when punching World Forger are examples of this). Batman is a different grain of salt.
