So if we are accepting that a powerless Superman who can't even fly or withstand bullets is more powerful than Wonder Woman, then Jubilee should be able to outright stomp WW with ease.

What does this mean? It means that Superman was weakened due to most people knowing bullets does jack to Superman. Do I honestly need to explain the difference in power between a full powered WW vs a weakened Superman?
