Do the bracelets stop the bullets from hitting other parts of her body? Are these dudes that are trained to shoot wings off insects incapable of aiming somewhere else?

What about the bullets that are clearly hitting the ground? These shooty guys are pretty shit at actually aiming at anything, lol, based on the art.
