That's letting him win in my book, because it sounded like he could have assimilated the Venom-Verse whenever he liked, but preferred to keep it as a natural reserve.

And at that point, the super AIs had assimilated universeS. Lol

Yah, hence my questioning of letting him win.... because IMHO, Tony didn't let him win anything - Tony still won, and letting Venom make a nature reserve is like saying White Americans 'let' the native Americans 'win' by allowing them their own reserves.

Having slaughtered most of them.

Imperfect analogy, but they were the first association I had with reserves lol.
