Based on the available evidence...I'd take Skuttlebutt over almost any Herald in a fight except maybe Thor, Superman and Surfer (For different reasons)? What if Skuttlebutt instantly drains Superman of his solar energy? Ouch.

For Rage,
In godhunter #2 BRB hit silver surfer through Skuttlebutt’s hull. Silver surfer was trying to destroy the hull but BRB was absorbing and deflecting the blasts saving the ship so SB didn’t tank his blasts

In Stormbreaker #2 says the ships is almost BRB’s equal

The sun draining thing always impressed me, because it implies that Skuttlebutt might be able to drain stars while flying past them at FTL speeds, which is ridiculous.
