Is this the worst plot twist ever?

I'm reading a manga called Riki-Oh, by the writer of Fist of the North Star. It starts off as essentially Kenshiro in prison, exploding anyone he fights in disgusting fashion, disembowling people and strangling them with their own intestines, getting strangled by the intestines of other people he disemboweled... You get the idea. Eventually he breaks out of prison looking for his long lost brother. A central part of this plot, is a tattoo on Riki-Oh's right hand as the Star of David, and his brother with a Nazi swastica.It turns out Riki-Oh and his brother's mother was a Jew captured by Nazi's. She was raped and gave birth in prison, and then was framed and hung.
So Riki-Oh meets his brother, who became totally deranged, kills him in a big fight, and his quest becomes finding out who his father is, and getting revenge on an underling who wronged his mother and is somehow alive and young 50 years later.
Which he does, to both plot points. He finds the underling, who is young by constantly replacing body parts from clones, and he finds his father.
And here's where the plot goes off the rails. His father... is a test tube baby... from the future... with an immortal body to go back in time and become past earths "God", rape the Jewish woman to give birth to twins with the Star of David and swastika tattoos, who are supposed to be the "children of destruction" to wipe out all life on Earth so they can live as immortal spirits forever.
This is the twist.
I can only imagine how freaking deranged the writer had to be to come up with this stuff. Drugs alone doesn't explain it, this must be a VERY sick mind at work.

Looks like they messed up the coloring in the main Crusade series, as the "V" symbol is supposed to be red as Shaman's face and the one on his back, right?
Stupid design, good thing it didn't last.
