Batman Beyond was just a great show in general.

Too bad it got cancelled 🙁

DC always finds a way to ruin everything for their fans and for themselves, too.

And that little epilogue from JLU surely did not make up for them cancelling it.

One character the original Batman TAS and Batman Beyond did SO much for was Mr. Freeze.

Before that he was always portrayed as an absolute d-list goon in the comics. The shows gave him tons of great depth. 👆

Truth. The made you sympathize with the villains. Best episode to me was Clayface. Shit had me in the feels when he died

Remember when Herc stole Thor's own comic (and show), beat the living shit out of him and sodomized him in front of the entire city?

Definitely Batman rogue > Spider-man in touchy feel category for the majority here?

The uncensored version certainly was.

BB did him justice, but it's a shame he was sacrificed to build up the radioactive guy.

He never really worked for me.

Blight you mean? Yeah, never really cared for him either.

BB Freeze was perfection, though. 👆

Remember BB Bane?

Terry killed Bane's caretaker's henchmen in that episode and Bruce didn't even lecture him about that 😂

I didn’t want to get into it, said it multiple time and I got dragged in smh.

Last post in response to the multiversal punch.

No. U sctually dont see the multiverse getting destroyed. We see a sizeable chunk of a planet blown off and only certain members of the alt league seemingly fading or dematerializing. 🙁

The only indication of WF's multiverse being destroyed is when WF tells Clark that he destroyed his "masterpiece".

We then later have on-panel clarfication from Shayne that his [i]"fake multiverse blinked out of reality in a second."[i]

The alt league dematerialized but the multiverse blinked away? Why the diffference? The alt league was outside of the other multiverse like the kid Martian they should have survived. We are also shown panes of the multiverse getting destroyed. As to why the main stream league didn’t die? Superman isn't going to kill his team. They needed to stop WF from replacing the multiverse and Superman made sure that he can’t try this again. 👆 my last post on this.

This is all we need:

As polite as I can be, no, nobody debunked anything. DC says the feat is what it is, so we take it as it is whether we like it or not. It would be lovely if we could all use our own headcanon in place of what's on the pages, but we can't.

Suck it, haters.

I actually don't mind if people want to discuss it in here. I just think it's lunacy to do so.

So, is Batman Beyond as canon to DC comics as the toon was to Batman the Animated series?

...come to think of it, was the animation even canon in the Timmverse? I seem to remember Terry dying in a Justice League Unlimited episode.

SO question, are there going to be any RELEVANt new releases this month like the JL, superman, etc?
