Yet Thor's GB did something that current/amped Galactus evidently could not, and actually affected Black Winter. So yeah, the GB should be considerably beyond Skyfather-level, and well into the cosmic realm of power, imo.

GodBlast is part of regular Thor's powerset. This is all father Thor right so it's possible that his God blast got an upgrade because he's more powerful than a regular Thor and then you add in the Power Cosmic.

A stronger Thor is certainly going to be able to generate a stronger GB.

Includes old Fawcett material like Captain Marvel, or the classic Blackhawk comics, or this quirky number I linked to called Fatman the Human Flying Saucer (Only runs three issues, but I've been wanting to read this ever since learning about it in The Encyclopedia of Superheroes).
