Imgur is the easiest. Though, after a few months, the scans get deleted, so only use it if you want to share it for a short period of time.

Click the thumbnail. When the image initially opens in Turbo, right click it and select "view image".
Scan will open in full view without any ads or pop-ups.

2. Vertigo's version, IE Michael, Lucifer, Presence
Besides that, I'd imagine he will probably keep their as shadows for future writers to develop.
