I tried looking it up and didn’t see anything official but likely cancelled them without making a big deal. I didn’t know this little detail but apparently the twins were also in a relationship together 😬

They will make a new character based on the Cancel culture that they can erase things with their words

Yeah I think it was because of the insane backlash, the fact that they were actually really planning to release this crap is baffling.
