Other than a few "woke" scenes here and there, Disney doesn't really control and oversee everything.

Granted, making Carol and Jen abominable beasts was a crime we cannot forgive, though.

Dunno about Carol but Jen is exactly what a Hulk is supposed to be -- a TOBA-created/empowered monstrosity whose purpose is to bring mindless horror and destruction into the lives of humans. In this sense, the Hulks are much like Juggernaut (with the exception that TOBA has multiple heralds -- Hulk, She-Hulk, Abomination, Red Hulk, ... -- whereas Cyttorak only has one).

Carol was never interesting and Jen had a whole story arc showing why she changed
