From the directors edition of Immortal Hulk we know Brian Banner was also holding back against Hulk in their fight. Ewing’s comment said He was goading Hulk to do a certain thing ie to absorb him into himself. So he didn’t want to win or really take it seriously. All part of the plan to open the green door 👆
Carver has literally never been preemptively right. Even when he's sitting there thinking today will be a good day he brings all that positive energy to KMC to get kneecapped by some sort of forum asian.
Thinking Hulk smashes everyone is not a guess either. It's just Carver's go to response in life. When his caregivers bring him to a restaurant and ask if he wants more water he goes "Hulk smash water" and they're like "He does, very good Carvester!" to avoid a scene. You can't attribute broken clock syndrome to some sort of educated guess by Ricky9 letters; that's giving him way too much credit. Stop pandering to these people Mungi.

Few things...
a.) That cover is fantastic.
b.) The theory is that "Episode IV" mentioned in the solicit is a typo, and they really meant "Episode IX"(which makes sense, given Pak's previous statements that this series will connect to the ST.)
c.) Apparently Palpatine will stomp the christ out of Vader, and leave him in exile on Mustafar.
d.) On the ST note, I imagine the "Sith Assassin" mentioned will be Ochi... And it seems like the "greatest secret" might be that Palpatine has clones/offspring running around?
