You can create something, others can add to the foundation or the structure that’s existing
John and Flash (JLT) are clearing adding worlds/universes to it. They are bending time, breaking..etc it. That’s not all because of The World Forger. We know this because they explained how they are doing it

Like He and superman talking made me wonder maybe there still have some truths world forger didn't telled,since as his explanation,Lex is the one who responsible for multiverses dooming,But he said superman is the cause,So I think maybe he still hiding some truths
