Which was the whole PURPOSE of Lana touching the orb. When Midnight and lana realize Midnight didn't have lana powers but her body.. Both Lana and Midnight realize something went wrong:

Everyone else SAW Lanas body, but no one realized that both Lana and Midnight her both inhabiting lana's body. Which was why Lana stated she could never absorb an explosion. Midnight stated they were both in it together. So it was midnight that saved Natasha. Not lana.

Old Man Logan was one of my fave alternate univerese arcs overall, love the universe. I wish they would have made a series out of that epic fight that got all heroes killed.
