new JL issue was meh

So according new GL issue, Hal's ring should always not fully charged actually
Because some energies been used by Myrwhydden to constructing his creations

Mxy is indeed "unimagining" the universe:

Not only is mainstream/Prime Superman the most powerful version of the character(obviously), but a battle between he and World Forger would evidently end everything:

Yeah, Since World Forger could forging any ideas to reality and created countless universes versions, So Prime Superman should be the most powerful one in all versions
Also Batman been stated by WG that he is the best strategic mind in existence

Shitty part is the Special confirms that Superman, the Justice League, and the universe itself apparently make it out of this mess just fine:

I hate when an arc is spoiled before it has even concluded. I mean, I suppose it's possible that World Forger's reality has supplanted the existing one in the above scans(he did imply that it would be a seamless transition), but that seems unlikely. /shrug

You expected this to be some kind of Crisis-event?

It's just irritating when they're writing a story on a scale hitherto undreamt of, wherein not just the universe, but all of creation is at stake... And then, before this arc has even concluded, they explicitly tell us that the events of the recent Special take place AFTER it(implying that everyone/thing comes out of it just fine.) It undermines the story entirely, imo.

As mentioned, it's still possible(albeit unlikely) that it may not be as cut and dry as it seems, but as of now I can't help but facepalm at the stupidity. /shrug

I also thought it was interesting how World Forger stated that Mxy and Bat-Mite were "assigned" to Superman and Batman:

Meaning it's not just as simple as them randomly picking heroes to f*ck with, and also adds credence to Mxy's "we're your guardian angels" comment from earlier in the story. 👆

It spoils the ending. But that's just poor planing by editorial.

Did you guys assume that the JL would lose this?

What I 'expected' is to not have the ending spoiled before the arc had even concluded.

Just when I think Castellucci couldn't possibly stuff more of her raging feminist agenda into the Female Furies issues...

His constant raping of Grundy is truly hysterical.

Why he went through the same gauntlet as Bane?

It's getting boring =(

it is Tom King after all

so boring is expected

Anybody reads sandman or lucifer? I haven't but from the bits and pieces I've seen Lucifer and Dream are both depowered at the moment?

I tried reading the first few issues of all those Vertigo relaunches, but they've been boring AF, imo.
