I remember really liking Mister Negative when he first entered the fray. He was a cool, unique villain.

Now? Not so much.

Marvel and DC can't handle asian characters. They try to stereotype them too much, they have diversity in mind but they want to balance the minority to white ratio. So eventually minority will play second/third fiddle.

Anime doesn't have that problem

I'd imagine it's because if you brought a subtle, well-developed character to an editor, they'd whine about them not being Asian enough.

^ Srsly, though.

I remember when Mister Negative was first introduced, you couldn't really tell(from a depiction standpoint) what nationality he was. Fast-forward to now, and there's NO mistaking it... He's definitely Asian.

Not-so-ironically enough, he also isn't nearly as good of a villain as he used to be.

Sinister Sixty, I love this pic, Spidey's rogues gallery is seriously stacked

I like how Juggernaut and Mephisto are just Spidey rogues now.

Basically, as soon as Galan realised he was a bit......ethnic, he didn't like him 👆

So avengers couldn't even stop missiles that were too far away?
and what's up with Cap taking on Namor by himself. Just last month we saw Namor easily took on the entire avengers team

Lol I guess arguments some people here- of Namor being a High Herald- can end now.

Juggy because of the classic story by Roger Stern (and its sequel from a few years back), Mephisto because of One More Day.

We don't know how far away from the missiles they were, seeing as they were at Atlantis just a few panels ago. And their strongest hitter there couldn't fly. Namor was all smiles even after being knocked down, and casually caught his punch on the ground and calmly explained his plan, seeing as we've been namor casually took cap more than once, end even behead Hammond easily in this Same issue. Trying to pass his fight with cap off as some new average is honestly laughable.

Yet when he fought the Avengers it was passed off as some new average....

From the article:

Again, this theory is speculation on our part

So was wondering if you had something else.

If not, that's cool.

Albert?

Because it was clearly stated that he had gotten more powerful than before, backed up by the fact that he manhandled a team with members that he would have heavy problems with one on one let alone together.Hell he had an inconclusive fight with Thor previously before that fight.
