Should one racial slur be more acceptable than the other? No probably not.

But don't you wanna like, watch it for the good will of another person?

Whats the difference from what you said as it offends someone and saying the N-word in public?

Why is it okay to use the term "retard" repeatedly and not okay to say the n-word?

I'm not actually asking that, but you get what I'm saying, it's not okay to condemn once action and not another?

Why is using the term "autist" okay, but every other thing is not?

If someone has the intellectual capacity to understand the term retard, then it likely does not apply to him. And if he does not, then he likewise does not have the capacity to take offense. It may be a different conversation if the target of the term was someone with an intellectual disability. However, in the vast majority of cases, the target is someone of average intelligence who is being shamed for not exercising his mental faculties by comparing them to a level that is below his station. It is not the fault of someone else if the only station below the one someone currently occupies is challenged.

Are you okay with "gay" when it's used to mean "lame" ?

Yes. Relevantly dissimilar things should not be treated the same.

I speak on behalf of all the gays: they are not offended 100% guaranteed and certified.

It's gonna be super gay if you don't truly speak on behalf of all gays. Super duper gay.

Being offended over someone you don't even know or care about calling you a name is retarded.

If you want an honest answer to your question about the N word and why retard seems more acceptable(though some still whine) it's because black people rank way way higher on the victimhood scale than intellectually disabled people.

It's the same reason calling a white guy a cracker is more acceptable than calling a black guy the N word.

The comparison is not necessarily logically equivalent, because mentally challenged is a category of intelligence that is below average. So if the criticism is about intelligence, then the term is directly applicable.

In your example, gay is not being used to provide commentary on something related to LGB sexuality or culture, e.g. "Richard Spencer has gay face," but as synonymous with something that is generally dissatisfactory, e.g. "That's gay."

It is objectionable insofar as it is a logical misapplication that implies that LGB sexuality or culture is itself dissatisfactory, but I am not going to get bent out of shape about it. I am not the word police, you do you, and people will let you know what they think about your particular word choice.

This is the toughest question of 2019, so far.

That's an oddly specific fantasy you have.

You're getting oddly defensive over Steven "Two Beers Queer" Crowder again.

Defensive? I was poking fun at him.

Louder with Crowder at it again? 😂
