I mostly agree. I think it should be 5 years. And it should include Fusion.

I think we should stop only focusing on green energy and instead focus on clean energy. Clean Energy at 100% in 5 years. Let's do it.

No, you'll eat your coal and like it.

So you think it's feasible for us to be 100% within a mere 12 years?

Curious cuz I've seen even democrats saying it can't be done.

Ocasio-Cortez will be Vice President in 2028, after Warren-Beto had their eight years.

Hilarious part is I believe you're at least partially serious.

Yes. We saw how quickly car manufacturers updated their emissions standards in just 3 years. CA has proven to us, over and over, with their stupid regulations, how quickly and organically (pun, motherf*cker) they can change to fit new regulations.

But we both know Dems are idiots.

I wouldn't be surprised honestly. For a while I didn't really take her very seriously because she's a 29 year old congresswoman from an extremely liberal district from New York, so who cares. But a few days ago I read an article calling her the left wing Trump, and didn't really know what they were talking about, but there are definitely similarities in how people who oppose her treat and talk about her, compared to how people who opposed Trump treated and talked about him. Thinking she's stupid and not taking her seriously because she says dumb things. Where have we seen that before?

Your triggering aside, which was expected. Which part do you disagree with? Warren being POTUS or your new satan AOC being POTUS in the future or both?

You being too stupid to properly use words aside...Warren will never be president.

Good point. Another she does that Trump does: whining over being called out for her lies. Then there is thinking she is far more intelligent than she really is. And a certain portion of her supporters behaving like a cult.

Here's where it gets interesting: democrats claim to be educated. If true, they'd be able to spot that she's a toxic left wing version of Trump and does not belong in the White House.

So the Warren aspect. Okay. Your rage is hilarious though.

People thought Trump didn't have a chance in the primaries and the election (eg you) and he's POTUS now, the game's different now; you people made it so 🙂

Oh the left played their role in getting Trump elected too, but I'm not here to debate that fact 🙂 Anyways: I feel Trump is an anomaly as opposed to a sign of things to come.

Again: the side that is educated would be showing the opposite to be true by selecting Warren.

Yet you think Trump belongs in the White House. Is the cog-dis drowning you yet?

Can't the Right play their role in getting Warren elected, why does this only work one way? eg if they focus on the "she's not Native American!" which is a meh point in the big picture, instead of attacking her platform. Edit: Correction, they'd say "Indian", not "Native American".

So a one-off special rules type of thing. you're saying. Okay then. Maybe. Hypocritical of you, but still possible I admit.

Indeed I do feel it was special circumstances that lead to Trump being elected. It's why I chuckle when people seem to think it suddenly made it possible for any celebrity to come along and run for president and win. It's hilariously naive.

Sure, ignore the double standards you're using. The Left got Trump elected, but the Right can't get Warren, cos reasons.

But Warren isn't some random actor or raper. She's a politician with decades of experience under her belt, she also has a semi-conservative aspect to her as she used to be a Republican; that can be an advantage on the right field.

Now someone like Oprah or Dwayne Johnson who are immensely popular across both sides, they've got a legit chance now in this brave new world Trumper's created, cos if reality TV star Trump can win without experience, why can't they 🙂

It's not a double standard cuz the right is acting nowhere near as batshit insane over Warren as the left did over Trump. They are not gonna get her elected. She amuses us. We laugh at her.

I don't think it is anymore. I think partisan intransigence is now thoroughly embedded in the American psyche. I'd be very surprised if the total number of votes for each party shift significantly in future presidential elections.

You only need to see how controversies that would have brought down previous administrations and individuals are simply glossed over by supporters on both sides nowadays. It doesn't seem to matter how much and how blatantly they lie and contradict themselves their supporters will still support them because not doing so would mean admitting they were wrong.
