You mean Drogue?

Yeah drogue did something that prevented his cells from working. Wasn’t made clear and no reason at all to assume Poseidon could use a similar attack. Diana has battled her gods and supermans battle with apollowaa hilarious. Magic is always a question for him in these types of match. Still unsure he could win this by himself tbh.
