One key thing you have been overlooking Rob, is that kid had just as much and every right to stand where he did, as did the other fellow.

How did I overlook that? Have I said Smirkboy needs to be arrested or punished? I have not, I in fact said that what he did was a*****e behavior, but harmless.

So which is more "******* behavior", someone smirking, or someone chanting and playing drums in your face?

That's as easy as farting to answer: Smirking at someone's culture and heritage, hands down.

If you get triggered by some NA cultural drumming and chanting, you're probably mental.

So you know for certain the boy was smirking at his heritage?

Nope. One is -27 and the other -51.

One is -87 and the other is -87.

Maths.

Considering the other behavior, it's fairly obvious, You know the saying, if it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck...

You're free to believe the "he was just in silent prayer to Jesus looking for guidance!" spin if you like.

No; stop trying to gaslight me.

Im not claiming he was praying, I dont think he even claimed that so its a silly assertion.

Okay. My bad. I didn't mean to gaslight you with this screen grab from the article:

I don't know where the "he was praying" thing came from.

Its a baseless assertion mocking him for being Catholic.

So while complaining about the boy mocking an Indian, they mock the Catholic teenager whos like 15 year old because he's Catholic and believes in Jesus.

Again, what did Jesus do to anyone to deserve such hate.

Think again.

Excerpt from the kid's statement:

"I believed that by remaining motionless and calm, I was helping to diffuse [sic] the situation. I realized everyone had cameras and that perhaps a group of adults was trying to provoke a group of teenagers into a larger conflict. I said a silent prayer that the situation would not get out of hand." -Nick Sandmann

Now you're both trying to gaslight me up.

Ok so now what you are saying is "he said this" but its not what he really did.

So now you're making an accusation that he's lying, while its been confirmed that Indian isnt a Vietnam Vet.

FFS, the spin is that the kid wasn't smirking and mocking the NA man, but he's was in silent prayer. You said the silent prayer angle was a "baseless assertion", I literally show you it's out of the kid's own words and you spin it again.

don't take this as some cheap-shot to the back, but where do you get the time/will/energy to continue trying to reason with them, having acknowledge that?

The far left loves a good false narrative.

Oh I admit he was smirking. Big deal

No I admit he said that I didn’t know he did.

Your saying “he said he was praying, but I’m don’t believe him.”

*I’m not believing him

So that becomes, "He was praying the whole time he was smirking" right?

Glad we are all on the same page with gaslighting.
