. . . Through negligence, they did impactful harm on the boy and his family.

Prove it.

Show what harm the kids did that they deserve to do community service.

I did not say they deserved anything. I said volunteering to do community service would make them look conscientious.

Conscientious of what? They did nothing wrong lol.

Hmm, let's see. Right, wrong, or indifferent, your collective actions drew unwanted attention on your school, your cause, and yourselves. Your behavior is under the microscope because of it, including anything you have ever published online. Gee, why would someone in that situation want to be seen as a good student and a good citizen doing good works?

Query: given the way utter pieces of dogshit on the left reacted to these kids smirking, why do you feel them doing community service would change the view of deranged leftists? Genuinely curious what goes through your brain when you think this would help them in the eyes of people who saw them as essentially evil incarnate.

Prove it.

Well this isn't hard at all to prove:

https://archive.fo/lVst0

A crowd of teenagers surrounded a Native American elder and other activists and mocked them after Friday's Indigenous Peoples March at the Lincoln Memorial.

None of that sentence is true.

And these statements weren't, true, either:

"I did not feel safe in that circle," said Kaya Taitano, a student at the University of the District of Columbia who participated in the march and shot the videos.
She told CNN that the teens were chanting things like "Build the wall" and "Trump 2020."

And this article was posted on the 20th.

At the time, the full video was already available and we were beyond the constan YouTube removal shenanigans (for some odd reason, YouTube kept removing the full video so people kept reposting it over and over until YouTube stopped...that should disturb you if you weren't such a partisan hack).

Remember when I said proving a timeline to a jury would be easy? This is why. The full video, which destroys what they were stating on live broadcasts and in their online articles, was readily available by the 20th. And was being plastered all over the net. They doubled down on their original false narrative. It wasn't until the 23rd that CNN started to do damage control.

Here's the reason CNN will definitely settle out of court (and any other "news" agencies that are complicit): they won't want their e-mails and communications subpoenaed. There will be a lot of things that get brought to light if that happens. It is not something you'd want to happen. A single e-mail from any producer confirming that they were aware of the actual story would land them in very bad trouble. They'd want to avoid that at any costs and settle out of court.

Lol phaggot just got slapped down. Love it.

If anything, the kids doing community service would just (since many if not all of those who have doubled down on this issue suffers extreme confirmation bias) consider that as proof that the kid is essentially admitting to his wrongdoing.

Nothing to gain, much to lose the kid has.

I understand that trash like PVS call others "phaggot" all the time. But could you not call gay dudes phaggot?

Yes, I'm probably virtue signaling. But I'd rather let the trashy talk like that come from morons like PVS.

Well that depends. If Adam has never used the word, I won't call him a phaggot again.

I cannot believe this needs to be explained to anyone. The goal is not total conversion to your point-of-view, it is to influence enough people to win a plurality of support. Most people do not hold a firm view, and can be swayed. Just look at how some people flipped after the PR firm that was hired reframed the narrative.

Kiddo why would the people who were against these kids suddenly be swayed by them picking up trash or whatever? You haven't explained this.

Those who can be swayed won’t care by the time this lawsuit is settled as this was a molehill-to-mountain moment. Those who can be swayed would also tend to also look at news from both sides and would likely have seen the conflicting evidence. Those that are neither could be swayed if the kid wins the lawsuit and if not at least he made some $$ from his sufering. Those who have seen conflicting evidence and has not been swayed will not be swayed ever.

Who said anything about picking up trash? You do not seem to have a good grasp of the situation.

That was an example of community service, notice the "or whatever".

One more time: why would people against these kids be swayed by community service? Be it picking up trash, reading to old people, etc.

Explain why people who are *still* dumb enough to think these kids did something wrong, would be swayed over that. Cuz if they're that ignorant I'm not seeing why they'd care if the kids did community service.

Winning justifies everything. Politics!

I know that wasn't your point, I just have a pet peeve with the cognitive dissonance inherent in the political arena, where the goal is not to express genuine views and respect your audience, but to instead influence your audience into what you want, as though they were all a pack of rubes waiting for the right pied piper to lead them away.

Again with the PR Firm thing?

The PR Firm wasn't engaged in exposing the facts and false narrative places like CNN were spinning. That was internet denizens. Days before that PR Firm was lit.

When will you abandon the idea that the PR firm had anything at all to do with exposing the intentional lies? You think the facts magically changed because a PR Firm was contacted after high school students were getting death threats?

Specially, give me direct evidence of anything the PR Firm was responsible for doing. Establish your timeline for the PR Firm you like to talk about. 🙂

I still will note that nobody had a problem with David Hogg using a PR firm and armed security. Nobody said "white privilege". I wonder why?

Also something else, Laura Ingram says David Hogg is whining about not getting into a super good college, or Tucker Carlson isn't a fan of immigration? Instant advertiser boycotts on Fox News... CNN and others pull this much worse horseshit and actually get a school to temporarily shut down over terroristic threats? PFFFFT nah they don't deserve a boycott.
