Catholic Kids get blamed for something they didnt do

Quite a few comments actually do call him out for not being as right as they are.

The same types tend to talk about a certain global conspiracy, involving a certain religious/ethnic group.

Well if you hold the same opinions as Pool, you should ask him to occasionally criticise Trump then.

He has and he does quite a bit, though.

You'd know that if you watched any of the dozens of Timmy vids Surtur posts. lol

Oh yeah, and libertarians are on the right as well. They just aren't as far right as conservatives like myself.

That's not how it works.

You can be a left-wing libertarian and a right-wing libertarian.

The argument appears to be "Their source may have been wrong on some details. The source claimed he feared for his life. The Post merely reported what their source claimed."

Here is the only post on topic. All the rest is just shitposting.

Not at all, but I understand why you would want to say that

But he doesn't really DDM. I get why too, like all the rightist tubes, click is mean prizes and if he ever was liberal he knows it's not his audience now.

Even though the judge threw out Nick Sandmann's case, he can still appeal and he will, where his lawyer will have to convince three judges that the "mean things" the WaPo said against him can be held as liable.

That's where you're wrong, bucko:

"Possibly Trump's stupidest tweet and a good example of why I'd never vote for him

Not only is it completely absurd to tell Americans to leave America
It does literally nothing to heal the ever increasing divide

On the contrary, he just made it substantially worse"

"Even in the context of Ilhan Omar, telling her to go back to her home country is not an argument against her progressive ideas"

https://twitter.com/timcast/status/1150419769482448899

And a follow-up: where someone asked who he would vote for:

"If it is between Biden and Trump, are you even going to vote?"

"Yea but probably a write in or independent"

But you'd know how much Pool dislikes Trump's if you watched those vids Surtur posted. 🙂

These nazi grinning kdis are just awful. Hope everything bad in life befalls them, then maybe they'll learn.

You can't write false things about people that results in death threats, harassment, etc. No matter how much it upsets you that you were wrong about Smirky Boy because you were quick to drink the retarded leftist Media Koolaid, the facts won't change. Judes' incorrectly ruling against the libel suit won't change that, as well.

A jury can be wrong, as well.

This is why I think we should pilot an AI Judge and train it with thousands of cases so it can rule on these things and take humans out of the equation. Do away with judges and juries.

Weird unexpected triggery...

Anyhow, I didn't comment on the judge's decision being correct or incorrect. I noted that Sandmann can still appeal and will do so to a three-panel of judges.

If every single conversation is just someone being "triggered" to you, then conversations aren't for you.

I think you've been arguing in circles with others so much that you've mistaken what a real KMC discussion/debate used to be like.

And I do note your word-game at the end there: trying to leave a way out for yourself.

Do take a stand, however: did media outlets libel Smirky-Boy?

Wait for it.

I don't understand your position. What does that mean?

(P.S. I am quite positive I understand your position)

What a sad, pathetic reply jaden. Surely you can do better.

I could just as easily say a precendent was set with OJ Simpson and Nicole. Both statements are irrelevant and have literally zero to do with this topic. Nice troll attempt, dude. 👆

George Zimmerman said he felt threatened by Trayvon Martin as the old guy in the footage did. Both of them did something that directly contradicts their story of supposedly feeling threatened. Neither of them suffered any legal consequences for their actions.

None of that applies to your analogy though.

Anyone with a cursory understanding of the law knew these suits were dead on arrival. I cannot believe people that they had merit.

We can see on video one isn't threatened, though.

The other, didn't he only claim threatened after he was caught stalking him, and claimed he was attacked? You can call him a liar, but the story itself of tailing someone you find suspicious, before getting attacked, is not in itself contradictory.

Neither of them were threatened. They both claimed they FELT threatened. Both were clearly lying as their actions contradict that.

Yeah, how dare that kid who was just standing there minding his own business put a smirk on his face. That lying NA who came over, got in his face, started beating his drums and chanting in the kid's face with with his stinky breath was totally justified in what he was doing. Of course that poor NA was the "victim" and the teenager was the real perpetrator.🙄

My point is thaty they are both irrelevant to the topic at hand. If you wanna cry some more about the George Zimmerman/Trayon Martin case then make your own thread about it. Keep in mind though, that that case was decided by a jury and this one was thrown out by a single left-leaning biased judge. You can disagree with the Zimmerman case all you like but the jury disagreed with you. And yeah, I realize the OJ Simpson case was decided by a jury as well.
