There isn't a single thing he can do in the scenario I've presented unless you have some jumping high showings that proves he can reach Terrax. With the starting distance, Terrax have plenty of time to take to the air. Once in the air, the fight is done. He can control the very ground Frank is standing on while blasting him with cosmic energy. This is an easy win. In a comic this would he a good fight but forum Terrax takes a huge majority here.

Also, how will he even target him when Terrax is controlling the entire battlefield? Can Frank see through things now. X-Ray vision. When I say he controls the battle field, I'm referring to a large portion of it.

Franky still managed to beat up OMAC. IIRC, there were two sides to tie story. In franky story, he beats him.

You still haven't told us anything giving Frank a single win here. The starting distance is huge. Terrax takes to the sky. He then controls the ground under Frank's foot bouncing him everywhere. Attacking him. Filling his insides with rubble. He can simply wrap Frank up and toss him out of space. Please tell me how he counters getting tossed, wrapped up in rubble/boulders, insides being fed dirt, etc... how does he even hold on to his weapons while all of this is going on. How does he shoot? Where does he shoot since Terrax is flying around attacking? Even if he does attack, it would get absorbed. Stop just naming attacks and telling us how Frank wins.
