Franky doesn't have any insides. Lol hes not even alive in that regard. Franky has long range weapons for that problem.

Just because it was a third party doesn't mean its true. Frank's issue was different. Terrax would need to be in the air, because Michael's sword would f^ck him up. Franky is also stronger, so if they ever get into a physical confrontation, he'd get the advantage.

So iow, Terrax wins unless he suddenly decides to wrestle with Frank, and stay on the ground, lol.

Pretty much. Frank's sword can cancel out any attacks he dishes out and he's stronger to boot. That's not including any weird tech SHADE gives him, but that's not really standard tech, other than his guns.

Franky is also pretty durable.

Tanks a blow from a pissed off Bizarro, with only a sore neck.

Michael's sword can kill Solomon Grundy

Even Black Lantern Solomon

His steam gun can blast right through Neh-Buh-Loh, a living universe.

Blows up Solomon Grundy's head.

knocks out Black Adam for a time, even tanking a bolt of lightning.
