That's wrong. Your wording implies that the US passed a law that made homosexuality legal. That's terribly dishonest and plain wrong.
What actually happened was the Supreme Court made same-sex sodomy bans (at the state level), no longer valid. Making laws illegal is not making homosexuality legal.
I assume you're referring to Lawrence v. Texas? It was a ruling against state sodomy laws. Not "federal" laws because they didn't exist.

Homosexuality was "legal" at the federal level since the US Constitution was formally ratified. Nothing at the federal level law made homosexuality illegal in civilian life.
Yeah, some gay people got killed, beat up, and mistreated in the US. Lots of them. Over many years. But you don't need to lie about your victim-hood to appear to be a bigger victim.

Was Martha Stewart arrested in the same manner as Stone? If not, what you just said is irrelevant.

I read the indictment again, it doesnt even hint he was a traitor to his country.Even if he did talk to Wikileaks about John Podesta's shameful emails it doesnt make him a traitor.
His crime is lying about something that wasn't a crime lol. That is how I understand it.

And since Stone was expecting this and could easily afford bail I'm sure he would have surrendered too if they sent the word to his lawyer. "Turn yourself in to avoid a scene". Why wasn't that option given? This makes Mueller look petty IMO.
