Kubik vs. Adult Franklin Richards

It really isn't though.

Adult Franklin BFRed the Rogue Trio into 'the heart of a nearby gas giant". The Rogue Trio was actually baffled/confused by what was going on and it bought the FF and Franklin time to plan. Since they were all on Earth, the 'nearby gas giant" was either Jupiter or Saturn (probably Jupiter since it's closer to Earth). So Franklin tped them into Jupiter or Saturn dozens of millions of miles away from Earth and the Rogue Trio was disoriented.

Imagine if Franklin tped them into a star or a black hole light years away? The Rogue Trio would be screwed.

I need you to elaborate further here, so I can draw a comparison.

On a scale from "grass is green" to "Bran jogging blindfolded in baby diapers at 4am", how confused would the Celestials be by a Black Hole?

lol honestly, wth?? the location didn't matter. the fact that they were unexpectedly SHUNTED....anywhere, is what caused the confusion.

And that was one of my points. An immature Kubik wasn't confused or dazed being unexpectedly tped millions of light years away into the largest black hole in the galaxy. But the Rogues were confused and disoriented from that relatively minor bfr.

The only reason Kubik didn't immeditely tp back to Earth to face the Adaptoid is because the fight between them would trash reality. And he's not full of sh|t either seeing as how post retcon MM and Beyonder were wrecking havok across the multiverse in their fight.

All this is besides the point. We have an on panel example of a cosmic cube crucifying dozens of Celestials against a star and holding them there helpless.

Kubik stomps.

wait so kubik wins because he wasnt momentarily disoriented by getting bfr'd? how in the christ does that make him more powerful then the celestials and franklin?

why does kubik flatout saying that he is massively weaker then the celestials and being scared shitless of just ONE of them not matter, but this disorientation shit is somehow the only valid way to gauge powers? lol for gods sake.

Jesus Christ..........

What Kubik said in that Fantastic Four Annual scan from 20+ years ago is bullsh|t because we have ON PANEL proof of Cubes and Cube Beings outperforming Celestials.

The BFR thing wasn't meant to end the discussion it was just one simple example of how the FF Annual writer was full of it by showcasing how each character did against BFR. The supposedly inferior character (Kubik) handled a much harsher BFR better than the supposedly superior characters (Rogue Celestials).

I already posted the scan of a cosmic cube owning DOZENS of Celestials.

that is such a sick feat 👆 👆 👆

also at this point most writers don't view celestials as universal abstracts anymore

Where they always abstract though? I thought they were like Watchers ie very powerful alien race but not abstract.

That's not even the most impressive thing a Cube or Cube Being has done. During SWII Beyonder destroyed the abstract concept of Death throughout the multiverse and no one (not even the LT) was able to stop him or undo what he did. Even after he was retconned the feat is STILL valid being mentioned in Death, Eternity, and Beyonder's handbook entries. Even more delicious, it was reconfirmed on panel in the early 90s in an issue of Quasar!
Here is the original SWII incident :

Here is the confirmation in the 90s issue of Quasar :

So to recapped : the RETCONNED Beyonder, who was only 1/2 a full cosmic cube, destroyed an abstract across the multiverse and the LT/Eternity/Galactus/Order/Chaos/Inbetweener/Elders/Watchers/Celestials couldn't stop him or undo his damage. Kubik STOMPED the Beyonder and was about to crush his entire universe in the palm of his hand.
