Yeah, Impediment probably did a good job with the ban. Fly was cutting it too close to illegal or questionable content that might land him a knock on his door from the FBI. I don't know how much legal culpability global mods have in permitting near-calls to violence like that. But I do know they are culpable, somewhat, with illegal content being posted. Not sure on those details as no cases come to mind. But "global" mods especially have more of a responsibility to keep chat rooms, message boards, and "free contribution" sites clean from illegal content.

Anyways, the Smaggot has posted bail and is reportedly visiting the Empire set. IMO, I think Lee Daniels and the higher ups are involved somehow. The excuse that he was just looking for a pay raise doesn't justify the extreme lengths of this hoax, and because of how convoluted it was, I am skeptical that he devised the entire thing himself. Of course, these are just inferred allegations, but the circumstances do seem too contrived for a one-man job imo

I'm thinking it's Daniels trying to create publicity for the show, which has been hemorrhaging ratings season by season. The mere fact that Daniels is allowing him on the set after all of this and hasn't officially fired him from the show yet indicates to me that Daniels is collaborating in this hoax, because there is no other reason for him to be so sympathetic to Smaggot.
