You are using abc logic from Hulk to Zeus. To be specific, you are proving Zeus strength based off Hulk's HIGHEST durability feats.

Yet you are against someone proving Zod's strength off Superman's strength when both battled each other as peers.

If I bench 100lbs in the gym, and that's my one off best (I ate right that day, I'd been training all year, the moon was right, the gym temp was perfect etc), do we take ALL my previous benchpress performances and average them out? Or do we take the highest amount I've benched?

Then when someone asks me yo bro, you think you're stronger than me? Do I answer, well, based on the average of all my benches, etc?

Did Zod do something in the battle that shows he is as strong as Superman?

And the beings who Jane battled, what's their average strength? What exactly what did Jane do in the battle that gives evidence that her strength is close to theirs?

If someone uses a faulty argument then you shouldn't adopt it because it would make your character win. Explain the faultiness of their argument and argue accordingly.
