Yes, because white people are the ones preventing black people from going to a library (or you know, the internet), learning a skill, and using that skill to be a productive member of society. Clearly, white people are censoring black people's education. It's all white people's fault that black people would rather sell drugs and lustfully phuck big booty bytches (thus increasing pregnancy rates amongst households that cant afford children, leading to said children being raised with poor parenting, and thus ensuring said children become violent thugs) than actually learn a trade and treat women respectfully.
It's white people who tell black people that "snitches get stitches", thus ensuring that black people become ghetto warlords who are essentially insurgents trying to override the US legal system with their "G-Code", which in turn ensures that the police officers in those areas treat them with much less respect than normal law-abiding US citizens.
It's white people who tell ethnocentric African Americans to refer to themselves as "African American", or "Black", or "Moorish", or "Melanated", or any other phrase that prioritizes skin color over the fact that, at the end of the day, we are all equally American citizens
