I'm not even sure what redpill means.
A quick google search is "Accept the truth of a situation".
I often hear it in terms of converting to conservatism. If it's the Googled up definition, then I suppose I'm redpilled, in the sense that I believe politics is all bs.
I just posted a question on Quora, which I thought was fairly straight forward:
"Why does the left reserve anger for political opposition, yet seem so apathetic about the evils of government? Is not the mere existence of Project Northwoods as a recommendation, proof enough that government should be treated with suspicion?"
The answers I got:
The first respondent claimed Project Northwoods was recommended, but not implemented.
The second respondent argued there could be no fact of Project Northwoods, as Project Northwoods did not happen.
The third respondent argued from a position of rabid Trump supporters, and argued the Project Northwoods happened 60 years ago, and has nothing to do with anything today.
What I took from this, is an answer that there is simply no civil debate to be had in politics. You take a side, or you get dogpiled by those who do.
