An enraged and out of control Hal was trying to put Superman down using all of the power that he could muster, and Superman casually subdued him without much effort.

You're either ignorant or a stubborn lackwit, or both. Owen Reece has been portrayed as a universal threat for the past 20 years, and he was unable to harm the Sentry. The only way that Hal wins is if Sentry wants to lose. But yeah let's marinate in the phucking Krona Buster feat.

Superman would beat Sentry back into Bob far easier than WWHulk did.

And IIRC, Supermna himself stated that Hal wasn't fully in his own mind, but that's OK, an All Out Hal failed to take out Superman at a fraction of his power pre God of Will.

Superman is restored to Pre-Crisis levels at this point. And was tanking Multiversal power at half his current level, and outperforming the Source+Anti Life being's power output.
