As a european old school unionist (trade unions) I laugh at everyone who doesn't see the war on poverty, a fair days pay for a fair days work and jobs, education and healthcare for all able bodied people under retirement, as the main concerns in the world and a decent safety net for the elderly and infirm.

I'm of the opinion that an honest day's of work should be paid well. If you worked hard, you should get paid that way.

Think of a celebrity who gets paid hundreds of thousands of dollars for an instagram post.
In reality, it's not hard to post something on instagram. We'd have to cut a penny into a thousand tiny pieces and give the person one of those pieces.
Just like a 2 minute cameo in a movie isn't very hard work. But we have seen celebs earn a cool million just for showing up for like 60 seconds.
